Gina Valdes Belsky, Esquire

Ms. Belsky is one of the lead attorneys of Belsky Caso, P.A. She obtained a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and her JD law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, she was an Assistant State Attorney; worked as an associate attorney for a sole practitioner and then opened her own law practice in 1988. She enjoys representing consumers and small businesses by helping them get a fresh start through the bankruptcy process or other debt solutions. She also has experience in the areas of real estate, wills, probate and family law. She is a member of the Southern District Federal Court and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Carlos R. Caso, Esquire

Mr. Caso holds a Juris Doctoris degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelors degree from the University of Miami. A member of the Florida Bar since 1986 and the Southern District Federal Court since 1987, Mr. Caso has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years. He was the principal at Carlos R. Caso, PA and is now a shareholder of Belsky Caso, PA. His focus is in Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Defense. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Whether it is defending clients in foreclosure or representing them in Bankruptcy, Mr. Caso strives to provide a solution for his clients’ financial situation.
